Good idea. I have the instapot vortex with a rotisserie basket. Works amazing because it keeps the beans moving the whole time

No offence meant, I'm trying to give you some advice. 45 minutes to roast? Should be about 10-15. You would get better results with the rotisserie basket, which will keep your beans moving so you don't have to keep opening the door like that every few minutes....well you're losing all that heat and it's the worst roasting I've ever seen mate. I do own a coffee roaster, and I've also just got an air fryer with a rotisserie basket and my first thought was to roast coffee in it, so I'll let you know how that turns out.

that roast is so light that coffee will taste like S for sure. That machine is totally a pain in the ass for roasting coffee beans. Better with a heat gun and stainless bowl and a much darker roast. OH well. You are not going to like that weak stuff.

The concept is fine, but 45 minutes is way too long and the beans don't look like they have reached 'first crack'. Try aiming for less than 15 minutes and make sure that most of the beans at least pop once just like popcorn. You'll need to increase the temperature, actually it's a good idea to start really hot and then gradually adjust lower, but probably not less than 210C if the oven is accurate.

I worked at shakey's for years.. No eggs were used, We did not precook. The Seasoning was flour, garlic, chili powder, Cumin and Pepper. Soak the potatoes in water for at least 30 min in the fridge.. Go straight from water to seasoning and then in a Broaster, or Oil Pressure Cooker on 350F for 12 minutes..
